About

Most companies don't have a zero. They have none.

No product. No first version. No clear path from idea to something real. None to One exists to close that gap — to take a company from none to one.

Why None to One

Peter Thiel wrote about going from zero to one — creating something new. We start one step earlier. Before a company can go from zero to one, it has to get to zero at all: a real, working, first product. That's the hardest, riskiest, most valuable jump, and it's the one most teams get stuck on.

We're a product studio built to make that jump. We lead with product management and user experience — the disciplines that decide whether a product is worth building and whether people will actually use it — and we back them with full-stack engineering to make it real.

We don't just advise from the sidelines. We build and run our own software. Nexus, our data cleanup platform, was our own none-to-one: an idea, then a discipline, then a live product people use. That experience is what we bring to every client.

What we believe

  • Start with the user and the outcome — the technology serves them, not the other way around.

  • Discipline beats inspiration. A clear framework ships better products than a great idea alone.

  • Quality is the whole point. The craft is the product.

  • Be honest — about scope, about trade-offs, about what we don't know.

One team, every discipline

We're a small, senior team with deep coverage across the software lifecycle — product, design, engineering, architecture, data, cloud, QA, security, and support. You get specialist depth without managing a dozen vendors.

What makes us different

Product & UX led

We're not an engineering shop that bolts on design. Product thinking and user experience lead every decision.

We ship our own products

We live the same risks our clients do. That changes how we build.

Have an idea, a product, or a single feature in mind?

Let's take it from none to one.
